Weight Loss Hypnosis

Many diets restrict certain foods or treats and this only increases the want for them. The yoyo diet mentality is; deprive yourself, binge, feel guilt and deprive yourself again. Because most weight problems come from problems and habits happening at the subconscious level, then this is where we must resolve the problem.
The “Gaining Slimness” Program

Our gaining slimness program was developed by Anthony Gilmour who has government-approved training and qualification and is an accredited clinical member and supervisor of other therapists with the AHA and the ASCH. It has been tried and tested for well over 10 years. It combines weight loss and life coaching into one program with an emphasis on weight loss.

There are a number of reasons why people hold on to weight and each must be treated differently and individually. For some it is the type of foods they eat, others comfort because of stress, some keep the weight on to subconsciously protect themselves, others have a slow metabolism, addictions to sweet things like sugar or chocolate, or just bad habits and a lack of motivation. The list goes on.

Our program works over a 6 to 8-week period. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to change the habit patterns of the mind. You pay as you go and not all up front. The program consists of 4 to 6 hypnotherapy sessions, coupled with 6 hypnosis recordings to listen to each day between sessions. We also provide an additional 3 CDs with 3 tracks on each that can be listened to in a car free of charge. The weekly hypnotherapy session is tailored to suit the individual and our goal is to lose 1kg per week over four to six weeks. After this, the changes to habits made at a subconscious level should allow this weight loss to continue until the person reaches their ideal goal weight.

We prefer to avoid the diet mentality but If we feel that the weight is held on to by a slow metabolism. We provide a list of foods that can be eaten in three phases during a week, five to six meals per day. Phase one, Monday and Tuesday, protein, veg. carbs and fruits, Phase two, Wednesday and Thursday mainly protein and veg, Phase 3, Friday Saturday, and Sunday, introducing the good oils and similar to Phase one with fewer carbs and fruit with the exception of berries. One month on this diet speeds up the metabolism and the weight falls off. We have found this to be an easy diet to stick to because the food options change every few days.
