Hypnotherapy & Counselling for Nail Biting

Nail biting is a habit and a habit is subconscious. To deal with a subconscious habit we need to talk to the subconscious mind and this is where hypnotherapy can be a great benefit. If the habit is just a basic habit that has been reinforced over time, we can often resolve it in a single session.

If the habit is a result of stress and worry which is sometimes the case, more sessions would be required and it can take four to six sessions to change these habit patterns of the mind. The benefit of this is, not only do the nails begin to grow but you also become much happier and less stressed. That is often a greater benefit to the person than longer nails.

If you feel that stress and worry are the reason you bite your nails, then we would be probably looking at using our basic life coaching program to improve all areas of your life. This consists of four to six hypnotherapy sessions one week apart and a set of hypnosis recordings to listen to each day between the sessions. There is also a set of 9 recordings that can be listened to in a car.

In these sessions, we resolve any past issues that could be stopping you from being happy and creating stress and worry now. We teach you to understand how your mind works which is so simple that many say it’s just common sense. But common sense is not that common. We also teach you how to improve all the relationships in your life. Most of our stress comes from relationship problems, past present or lack of.
