It takes 4 to 6 weeks to change the habit patterns of the mind. If you don’t change these habit patterns over this period the old habit patterns will return.
The basis of the recordings is our basic life coaching course. For the individual, we may be also focusing on something specific like public speaking that we can resolve through individual clinical hypnotherapy sessions. We teach how the mind works and how we create things from a subconscious level through our habits of thinking: How to create what you would like to bring into your life through goal setting and time management and how self-sabotage works to stop you from doing this: How to improve communication through using connecting habits of communication and avoiding disconnecting habit of communication. 95% of people’s problems are relationship issues; past, present, or lack of them.
How to be an effective manager who leads a team through effective communication that motivates people instead of a boss manager who tries to push and bully people to work harder which will only demotivate a person and make them less effective.
Our Psychotherapist Anthony Gilmour designed this program and spent most of his life in business management, with the last 5 years as Managing Director of the Australian arm of a large international company. He studied Psychotherapy to help manage his staff better and moved full-time into psychotherapy over a decade ago.
